I have listened to many Alpha women who were afraid they wouldn't find someone they loved and wanted to marry. They are full of fears that men are too intimidated by them and believe they might need to adapt. This is simply not true! It's a huge mistake! Whenever I hear women say such things, I get angry. Of course, my anger is not directed at these women, but at the culture that profits from creating terrifying predictions about unhappy love and the assertive life of a sexy Alpha woman. It's just absurd. Finding a partner is a challenge for you, and you have the space and enormous energy for it. You just mustn't have shaken self-esteem after unsuccessful relationships. With a bruised ego from an unhappy relationship, women often feel inexplicably vulnerable and defeated. When they come to my counseling office, they are looking for a mentor to guide them through the complex maze of relationships to avoid dead ends and finally find someone to share their life with. I never encourage a woman to settle down, calm down, or solely blame herself for the problems in her relationship. It makes no sense, because nothing ever gets resolved that way.
