Description
Samo grew up in a family where his father is a blinded politician and his mother a high-ranking manager. However, he meets Sára, who comes from a harmonious family, just at the moment when his father throws him out onto the street. He is helped by Vlk, a man with a mysterious past, who not only employs him but also indirectly shows him how a real man should behave. Parallel to Samo's story is the fateful thread of Sebastián, a doctor who cheats on his wife with nurse Monika, only to ultimately realize to the last cell of his body what he is missing and that he is not only deceiving his family but mainly himself. A modern novel set in contemporary times, where love and the pain of life are not lacking, and where the story increasingly intertwines to ultimately lead to a truth that liberates but also brings many to their knees.
