Description
A set of exercises developed by Taoist monks serves to prolong life and youthful flexibility. Until recently, this system of exercises was secret. Unlike the well-known qigong, these are breathing and movement exercises based on 16 simple movements that can be mastered in a few hours. Black and white photographs clearly demonstrate how to practice. The effect of each exercise is explained.
