A modern colorful textbook developed according to the latest trends in accordance with the RVP ZV, published as part of the Reading with Understanding series. Like other textbooks in this series, it focuses on supporting reading literacy. The aim of the textbook is to facilitate children's first encounter with the history of our country from prehistoric times to the beginning of the modern era in an age-appropriate manner. The textbook is divided into four chapters. After each chapter, there is a creative overview of the period and a review presented in an interesting form of evaluation using various symbols. There are also reviews after each small chapter and a final review. A key to the tasks and reviews is included. The texts are written in a clear and simple manner, allowing students to work with them independently. The textbook captivates with a wealth of drawings and period images. On each page, students will find interesting tasks that often relate to the curriculum of other subjects. The textbook also features very simple and clear timelines and maps. It is complemented by a colorful workbook that serves to practice the material in an engaging and fun way.
