The publication deals with the topic of cooperation between preschool teachers and other institutions, experts, and parents, all of whom are involved in the upbringing and education of children with special educational needs. Even in preschool, we can encounter children who require supportive measures to minimize the barriers arising from their specific needs. For the development and support of these individuals, close and continuous collaboration between the preschool and not only the family but also other professionals is essential. The book presents seven case studies through which the authors outline ways to support a child from a socially disadvantaged background, a child with ADHD and developmental dysphasia, a child with a visual impairment, a child with multiple disabilities, children with a different mother tongue, and a child with autism spectrum disorder.
