At the age of twenty, Honza Michálek decided to become a chef. Without experience but full of enthusiasm, he set off to Canada, where as a kitchen helper in a remote hotel in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, he discovered that the world does not wait for him with open arms. However, he did not let anyone take away his dream. He patiently learned from more experienced chefs and over the years traveled half the globe with a backpack.
