You will also learn about the events in European politics regarding the efforts of Christian nations in the Balkans to free themselves from Muslim occupation. Among other things, you will find out how mainly England and France sided with the Muslim Ottomans against the Balkan nations and their fight for freedom, as the West feared Russian influence in the Balkans. This publication is today the most detailed work in Czech on the topic of the struggle of Christian Balkan nations for freedom against Muslim Ottoman occupation and contains a wealth of unique information from eyewitnesses of these events. We will strive to publish further parts of this extensive work as soon as possible.
