Description
"Do you know what Czechs are? Laughing beasts!" Bohumil Hrabal, Closely Watched Trains. Today we can once again observe how the screws of a new totality are gradually tightening under the leadership of the EU and non-profit organizations. People are once again imprisoned and punished for humor and satire. Freedom of speech is suppressed in the name of the ideology of multicultural tolerance or respect for Islam and various sexual differences and similar ideological slogans, where, however, it is a totalitarian tolerance that protects only some people and things while persecuting differing opinions or politically incorrect humor. For now, we can be relatively calm. European legislation has not yet approved the death penalty for defaming Islam or the LGBT movement; for now, you only face crippling financial penalties or imprisonment. But the long-term trend is becoming increasingly clear. Islam and LGBT are becoming taboos that cannot be questioned, and the ordinary person increasingly perceives that they have greater protection under so-called hate laws than other religions and ideologies. Dedicated to the memory of politician Pim Fortuyn, politically incorrect artist Theo van Gogh, and others murdered for humor and freedom of speech.
