The publication provides a comprehensive view of the history and present of Prague's riveted bridges and footbridges, some of which, like the railway bridge under Vyšehrad or Čechův Bridge, are inseparable from the panorama of the capital city. The authors are educators from the Czech Technical University in Prague, who have long been dedicated to this issue.
