Description
The year is 3589, fifteen hundred years after the devastating war of the Human Community against the brutal alien civilization of the Perfects. The Community won the war for survival, but now an even greater danger has emerged. The threat to the existence of the entire universe lies at the heart of the galaxy. Is it the Void itself? It has existed for millions of years, constantly expanding in all directions and devouring everything in its path – planets, stars, galaxies. The origin of the Void is unknown, as is its creator and purpose. Its secrets have eluded even the Raiels, the oldest and most technologically advanced race in the galaxy. The only connection to the Void is through Dreams. Dreams around which a religious cult has arisen, seeking to embark on a Pilgrimage into its depths. No one knows whether the Pilgrimage will bring salvation or destruction. However, it can catastrophically accelerate the expansion, provoking a reaction from alien neighbors. The Community is heading towards another crisis.
