Description
The author reflects on his own experiences, with everyday events alternating with excursions into suburban landscapes, dreams, or childhood memories. The adventure of words and the joy of storytelling take priority in "Tratoliště." The book features bizarre characters from the author's surroundings.
Petr Mano intersperses diary entries with excerpts from readings, shifting from temporality to timelessness, from reality to a spiritual plane, all seasoned with a unique sense of humor.
The collection of diary entries "Tratoliště" loosely follows the book "Kalužiny" (65th field, 2016).
