Chen Ming-Pan's goal is to present Taoyuan as a cultural and modern city, where he found his new home. Exploring Taoyuan is thus full of emotions and reflections, as he answers the question of why he moved from the capital Taipei to Taoyuan. The book is both a personal and literary journey, as well as a practical guide.
