Description
This Czech-language story follows two brothers who must reach a fateful agreement during one night. Their behaviour vividly portrays the emotional states of people involved in negotiations, from aggressive refusal through compromise to agreement. Using simple rules of negotiation, the story offers guidance for handling difficult conflicts such as relationship crises, marital breakdowns, business disputes, workplace disagreements and political negotiations. It also provides a practical insight into how the so-called triune brain functions in interpersonal relationships.
