The publication addresses the issue of inclusive education. It recalls and presents important legislative changes that came into effect on September 1, 2016. However, it does not only deal with the amendment of Section 16 of the Education Act, but also with many other supplemented or amended implementing regulations. The author focuses not only on the education of students with some 'diagnosis', but also does not forget about foreign students and individuals studying abroad. She points out myths, small untruths, and misinterpretations associated with the legislative changes in question. She attempts to not only name them but also explain them. At the same time, she tries to highlight some weak points that have emerged in everyday school practice in this context. The book presents the stories of nine specific elementary school students. All of them belong, in a broader sense, to students with special educational needs, and their fate has been significantly influenced by the described legislative changes.
