Description
Nuwan, a cooking apprentice serving the mage Waiwa, has had his life turned upside down when a powerful grimoire, known as Danthrakon, took hold of him and began to manipulate him. Together with the student Lerëh, he seeks a way to break this curse. Inquisitor Amutu suspects forbidden magic and wants to seize the precious work. Therefore, he mercilessly pursues both young people in his Mygatuli – a giant spider that can weave curses and storms. Nuwan and Lerëh hope that Lerëh's mother, the nearly immortal witch Lyrelei, will help them. But the meeting between mother and daughter reveals burdensome family secrets....
