Truhla pokladů – Petráček Jiří (2020)

Forty-three stories of the Treasure Chest - the comic series by Václav Nosek - Windy (concept and script) and Jiří Petráček - Oskar (illustration) were not just written at a desk on a computer - most of the events, places, characters, and their names are real! Two real scout troops from one scouting center actually went on expeditions and trips to real places in the Ore Mountains, to Ivančena, to the Orlovské forests, to the Valley of the Manětín Stream, to Šumava, or to the Broumov Walls. Our country is beautiful, and there are many such places in it. The troops indeed organized a number of events - an academy, exhibitions, cleaned streams, and of course went to camp during the holidays. Scouting activities are diverse, and these stories provide further inspirations encouraging imitation. They touch on various areas that can also be useful in school - history, natural science, and a bit of geography are not missing here. From 2001 to 2005, readers of the Skaut-Junák magazine could compete for the Treasure Chest, but you can also set off today in the footsteps of the Lynxes and the Newts!
