Karlovy Vary is our most famous spa town. Yet, it hides many secrets that are still waiting to be revealed. Let's embark on a journey to uncover them together with historian and writer Stanislav Burachovič; we can expect more than one surprise. We will discuss the interesting and often complex history of this magical place and witness how renowned doctors and healers have developed therapeutic procedures over the centuries. We will also take a look at the darker side of spa nobility and splendor, at the everyday life in Karlovy Vary, which was often not very cheerful.
