Tajemné stezky - Tábor tajemné město nad Lužnicí – Dvořák Otomar (2017)

On a rocky promontory above the Lužnice River stands the legendary fortress of the Hussites with the biblical name Tábor. Everyone remembers this city from history lessons, and it is an attractive destination for tourists – yet perhaps even some of its residents do not realize what remarkable secrets are tied to its origin and ancient, pre-Hussite history. The writer Otomar Dvořák has a personal connection to the city, as he spent part of his childhood there, knew some of the locals, and listened to their almost unbelievable stories, many of which are published for the first time.
