Description
Tutankhamun, known as Tutáč, the eternally future Minister of Culture who secured 75% of the state budget for his department, is an indifferent, triumphant beast inspired by the hegemony of the Egyptian pharaohs. He regards his office as the (supra-)rule of an unpredictable absolutist sarcast, and now continues his work of total cultural renewal, with the support of his secretary Slávek Jandák. Its next stage is recorded and commented on in entries whose transcription is presented to his admirers with exactly the humility and trust with which they were created. The book is published to mark the 200th anniversary of the first written record of the sighting of the Flying Dutchman. The Ministry of Culture supported it with two piles made of Alpine pine, and if someone appears in it as living despite being dead, this is not a defect. The contents are in Czech.
