Hlubina bezpečnosti – Komenský Jan Ámos (2017)

Komenský again proves to be a good connoisseur not only of Scripture itself but also of the human soul, human life, and human suffering. He knows well human temptations and human desires: "When the storm begins to rage above our heads (which must come in the world), we suddenly do not know where to turn, we worry, we are anxious, we torment ourselves, and we fill our lives with danger, horrors, and dread. We also occupy ourselves more than is healthy with various means, whether we have them or do not have them." His heart was that of a shepherd of Christ's lambs, seeking a path for God's sheep to safe places, to quiet pastures by peaceful waters. His goal is to find the center, the depth of his own life, which can only be fully revealed when everything comes into its place and the restless heart of man finds rest in God.
