This title is part of a set for teaching reading and writing in the 1st grade published in the Reading with Understanding series. The entire set (for example, The Living Alphabet with Cat Sam, The Primer with Cat Sam, Writing Books, Parts 1-4) is developed in accordance with the revised RVP ZV effective from September 1, 2013. Emphasis is placed on supporting reading literacy and interdisciplinary relationships. First Writing with Cat Sam provides initial exercises for writing preparation, including relaxation exercises. Each exercise is supplemented with pictures and a rhyme for rhythm during writing. Expanded to include practice writing digits.
