Lepší svět – Boom Felix (2013)

"How is it possible that there's a guy running around giving away big money and we get nothing out of it? What does that bastard actually want?" asks a politician in this story, referring to a young lawyer, the director of the Better World Foundation, who leads an incredibly generous charitable endeavor with a mysterious source of enormous financial sums. The new thriller with elements of fantasy by Felix Boom is set between 2012 and 2014 in the Czech Republic, the USA, and Finland, and develops a dramatic story about the idea of a noblewoman of Czech origin, possessing vast wealth, who decides to build a piece of 'Better World' on nearly barren land among the ruins of abandoned villages in a former military area. Her charitable foundation is managed by a young lawyer who operates his exceedingly generous charity completely independently, thoughtfully resisting all tempting proposals and advice from outside on how to use the money and how to acquire more. For a significant portion of the public, however, he is a saint, which has its specific manifestations. He works only with his own people, is guarded by his own security, avoids politicians, and asks nothing from anyone.
