My name is Phil Cross, and for 43 long years, I have been a proud Hell's Angel. Everyone has their own story about what led them to join, but we all have something in common: a love for motorcycles and loyalty to our friends. This is my story. I have been a Hell's Angel longer than people thought I could survive. And I'm not joking; I was a bit of a wild child from a young age, and more than once, twice, or ten times, I was told I wouldn't live to see thirty, not even twenty-one. You can make your own judgment. Well, it turned out that everyone was wrong... terribly wrong. At fifty-one, I survived a liver transplant, and a year later, I even beat stage four cancer. You might say I was lucky, or that it was meant for me to live a long and interesting life (and you would be right). It all started in my hometown of San Francisco.
