Author Jaromír Šlosar admires the springs of the Beskids. For their appearance, their song, and their taste. He has long been preparing to write something about them. It is not as poetic, as captivating, or as melodic as the Hukvaldy Springs of Leoš Janáček. It is merely a guide to the springs, as faithful as possible, reflecting global changes. How many times has he found himself driven by thirst to a spring he knew well, only to find it dry! He wrote about the springs before only a few drops remained at the bottom. The text is accompanied by photographs.
