Some are immortal. (Or at least that's what they claim.) Others are just hard to kill. Then there are various long-lived wizards, fairy kings, the High Kosgars, renowned warriors, and generals. They all simmer in the cauldron of their world, in a soup called Power. They sip and compete to see who can indulge more without getting burned or bursting.
