Description
The universe is a dangerous place. It's not easy to survive in it. And sometimes, it's even hard to die. The prison transport ship SFPS Tecora crashes in the inhospitable desert of a scorching planet between two suns. Out of hundreds of people, only eight castaways survive. Five convicts, one guard, and two civilians. They don't exactly like each other. But if they want to survive, they must learn to cooperate. It's not easy. And an unknown danger lurks around the wreck of the Tecora in the still desert. Death waits under the stars. This is pure sci-fi, as harsh as the climate of the unknown planet on which it takes place.-- reissue in the author's new cover
