Description
This Czech-language second volume on the Fieseler Fi 156/C-5/K-65 Stork aircraft follows the first volume published in AERU no. 22. It covers the role of the K-65 as a courier aircraft in the command flights of Czechoslovak divisions and regiments during a period when, by 1951, the air force was responding to the Korean War and the threat of a possible conflict in Europe. That year also marked the beginning of the transition to jet aircraft, specifically the Soviet MiG-15, designated S-102 in Czechoslovakia. The text is supplemented with tables, numerous period photographs and colour side profiles.
