Description
The book is a collective monograph focused on a critical analysis of the administrative court procedure and related regulations, particularly from the perspective of practice. It is based on theses regarding the fundamental function of administrative judiciary, which is to provide protection for the public subjective rights of individuals and legal entities against interventions by public administration bodies. Among other things, the authors reflect on possible changes that would ensure quality, more efficient, and also faster protection of individual subjective rights. The book also reflects the current general problem that not only administrative courts must deal with, which is the very poor state of legislation, where the legal order is hypertrophied, unclear, inconsistent, and constantly changing. It is no wonder that the case law of regional courts, and even that of the Supreme Administrative Court, is not uniform and always predictable.
