Description
In every bookstore, it is difficult to avoid publications about healthy nutrition and suitable health styles. In these books, we find literally thousands of good or worse pieces of advice on what we should or shouldn't eat or do with our bodies. They can basically be divided into two types. In the first, the authors try to write everything they know or think they know about the topic and impress the readers with their knowledge. However, these books are less clear and often do not provide the correct answers to some important questions. The second type of book is written by authors who try to guess what might actually interest the readers or what information could help them, and they tailor their writing accordingly. This type of book and authors is, of course, much more sympathetic to us, especially if the information they provide is accurate. In this book, we attempted a third approach. We did not burden ourselves too much with thinking about what might interest our readers and directly used the questions we have answered over the years of the Healthy Nutrition Forum's existence on our phone lines and websites (www.fzv.cz).
