In history, women's stories were not often recorded – wars and victors, the number of horses, and church property were documented. But birthing positions and herbs, women's sexual experiences, and customs around parenting and motherhood were recorded very little... So what can we rely on when we do not have access to the wisdom of our grandmothers' experiences (who themselves forgot to pass it on because they did not learn it from their grandmothers)? What will our daughters rely on so they do not have to make the same mistakes? Or even our sons, so they do not have to search too long for the path to understanding women? Therefore, let us write a women's story – a mosaic of various, sad and joyful authentic stories that weave through the history of femininity and have been repeated since the beginning of time.
