Description
A collection of texts from 2003-2008 dedicated to 'cause TV Nova' and the subsequent arbitration proceedings in which an American investor's company sued the Czech state and won. The author is a former member of the Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting, which was dismissed in connection with this case. According to the author, the then government caused significant harm (11 billion CZK) to the Czech state through its incompetence and perhaps even intentionally, and then tried to shift the blame onto the members of the aforementioned council. P. Štěpánek frequently returns to this topic (see: the books Stolen Television... and The War for Nova... )
