You will learn details about the characteristics of waters, the life, manifestations, and behavior of the most commonly caught fish on artificial flies, and about the life of the insects that fish feed on. The tactics and techniques for fishing in flowing waters are described in detail, along with principles of fly fishing in still waters, including recommendations for selecting suitable lines and patterns of flies appropriate for individual target fish.
