Description
The book is unique in that it is entirely about pig slaughtering, yet it contains no recipes (it has, with all due respect, only two). Instead, it features plenty of humorous quotes, sayings, and poems from our well-known personalities. It was certainly easier for them to write something about the piglet than to skewer it. Dumplings, pork, and sauerkraut have not gone extinct here; blood sausages and liver sausages are written about by the elite, and from it comes the product.
