The development of productive forces and the associated gradual transition from a commodity economy to a knowledge economy is changing society as a whole and supporting the emergence and development of various phenomena. One such phenomenon, whose consequences we encounter practically at every turn, is the significant expansion of informatics and its penetration into virtually all areas of human activity. The purpose and goal of managing information system projects in companies is to carry out a purposeful combination of technical means, software, internal processes, experiences, and employee capabilities so that the resulting information system can effectively support the company's main objectives.
