More than a hundred years have passed since Santiago last appeared on the Inner Frontier. Many people breathed a sigh of relief, but the Democracy took advantage of this and loosened the reins of exploitation of the border planets even further. It is strange that life on the Inner Frontier was worse without the king of criminals than with him. It seems that the time is slowly ripening for Santiago to reappear. Or at least that is what the new Black Orpheus claims. It is said that his father was a comet and his mother a cosmic wind, that he juggles planets as if they were mere feathers and wrestles with black holes just for fun, to get a better appetite.
