Description
One autumn day, a lion finds an injured bird in his garden. Thus begins the story of their friendship. A delicate drawing by a young artist from Quebec, Canada, and a story that echoes the poetry of The Little Prince, is a celebration of quiet and warm moments of closeness that are stronger than snow and frost. MARIANNE DUBUC is a young, French-speaking writer, artist, and illustrator from Canada. She studied graphic design at the Université du Québec in Montreal. She has contributed to internationally acclaimed books of various genres for all age groups, which have been published in sixteen countries. In 2014, she received a literary award from the Canada Council for the Arts.
