Description
The second, updated edition once again presents in a lavish publication the ruins located in western Bohemia, featuring more than 600 color photographs (mostly from 2022-24) of 77 well-known and lesser-known sites. The book includes numerous expert pen-and-ink sketches, a detailed description of access, and of course a well-founded outline of the monument's history, describing its architectural development from its inception to the present day. The entire book is translated into English in the appendix. This publication follows a previously released series of books from other regions of Bohemia, which are still available at good bookstores.
