Description
The book attempts to map all the anti-tank (AT) rifles constructed and manufactured around the world. The author pays the most attention to AT rifles of Czechoslovak provenance from the Brno and Prague armories, about which the most information is available, followed by the AT rifles from both superpowers in this field - German and Russian rifles. By reading this publication, the reader will gain a comprehensive picture of the activities of a number of countries in this (now already anachronistic) branch of military technology. The author of the book, Ing. Jiří Fencl (*1943), has been a long-time correspondent for the magazines Střelecká revue, ATOM/ATM, Military revue Našeho vojska, and Svět myslivosti. He is the author of about 600 articles and series on weapons, some of which have also been published over the years in a number of foreign magazines. Furthermore, he is the creator of seven books about weapons and their manufacturers - gunsmiths. The cornerstone of his work so far is the extensive encyclopedia 'Systems of Automatic Weapons' (MF 2014).
