Description
The book was created in collaboration with the Czech Agricultural University in Prague. The aim of the book is to highlight the interconnectedness of environmental factors, domestic agricultural production, and the food produced, whether in terms of quantity (including future outlooks) or quality. The first part introduces the history, current, and future significance of agriculture and places production in the context of the environment. The second part is dedicated to production systems and the third to food and methods of processing agricultural products. Interesting information in the book will be found not only by high school students, for whom it is primarily intended, but also by the general public, who will gain a comprehensive overview in a single book.
