Description
A strange rain covers the town of Bixby like a shroud. It is hot and unnatural, resembling a waterfall. And as it falls, the town transforms. The inhabitants gradually become its prey. One by one, hatred, rage... and the urge to kill take hold of them. Once friendly neighbors turn into murderous lunatics. A man at a gas station shoves a pump nozzle into another customer's throat and pulls the trigger. A drenched line of movie fans forces their way into a cinema to massacre the people inside. A loving wife attacks her husband, banging his head against the ground until he breathes his last. As it rains, blood fills the gutters and terror spreads through the streets...
