The video guide is a data DVD intended for personal computers. The content of the disc consists of narrated videos demonstrating the program, organized into chapters. On the monitor, you see exactly what is happening in the program, and you hear expert commentary explaining the procedures and principles. Try out what a chapter of the video guide looks like. In the right column, download the sample files to your disk and then play them. These sample files are in a compressed wmv format, however, on the DVD they are in Flash format.
