Description
The textbook is designed for both non-medical and medical professionals who, according to their specializations, come into contact with disorders or consequences of damage or overload of the lymphatic system and address them within the scope of their competencies. The text does not assume prior medical education. General anatomical and physiological knowledge is, of course, advantageous for studying such specialized chapters as lymphology, but with accompanying explanations and additional visual documentation (atlases), the basics of the structure and function of the lymphatic system can be mastered.
