Description
PhD. Arthur Zajonc is a professor of physics and leads an academic program for contemplative thought in the USA. He was the chairman of the Lindisfarne Association, which brings together scientists, artists, and spiritual leaders dedicated to studying and implementing alternative approaches in science and culture. He also served as the secretary of the Anthroposophical Society in the USA. He is the author of several books and lectures, such as "The Challenge of Quantum Physics" and "Goethe's Scientific Method." The book is based on Steiner's knowledge of higher worlds and contains many meditative variations of R. Steiner's meditations, elemental meditations, color meditations, meditations for eurythmic or other artistically oriented groups, and further elaborates on various approaches to meditative practice (Buddha's path, Martin Luther King, R. W. Emerson, R. M. Rilke, Owen Barfield, and others) for the contemporary era with an emphasis on its therapeutic effects.
