Description
The captivating and colorful tale of the dog Ledra was recorded by her owner in such a way that it transports you "before you can say sausage" into the world of dogs and puppies, to the Paradise of Lost Dogs and the Kingdom of the Azores. The book is designed as a coloring book, and children also have the opportunity to complete some unfinished pictures themselves. Rudolf Staník (1942 – 1999) was originally a teacher of music and history who worked as an author and composer at the Prague children's Theatre without a Curtain. For the Viola Theatre, he created a series of songs with texts from Halas's verses "Before Falling Asleep," which was supplemented by his own fairy tale "About Meluzínka." Some of his fairy tales were published on Czech Radio as part of the children's program "Hajaja" and appeared in the magazine "Mateřídouška." In addition to fairy tales for children, he also wrote avant-garde plays and cabarets for adults that were performed in Karlovy Vary and at the Na Okraji theatre in Prague. He also performed with songwriters, such as Karel Kryl.
