Semper fi – Fabian Robert (2009)

A loose continuation of the gritty military SF Carpe diem: Semper fi... "That motto means not just obedience to the federation, the colonial army, or the nearest superior. It also includes commitments to ourselves; primarily to the unit and to our friends. And that bond is much stronger than anything else." - Porter "We kill. We know how to do it. We are equipped for it. This activity is our livelihood, our profession. We carry it out to succeed. We calculate, weigh the risks. We don't mix in emotions..." - Lieutenant Ashworth Are you excited, veterans?! Like never before! What are you?! Marines! And what is your creed, you poor souls?! Always faithful!
