Description
For centuries, Henry Fitzroy, a vampire and the illegitimate son of Henry VIII, lived in accordance with the vampire code. He did not kill unless necessary, did not draw attention to himself, and never encroached on the territory of other vampires. However, he is now about to do something unthinkable. He is preparing to break the vampire code because if he doesn't, innocent people will become victims of vengeful spirits that invade Henry's refuge and force him to help them exact revenge on their murderers. Henry cannot find the murderers on his own, but he cannot ignore the uninvited guests either. He has only one option left – to call private investigator Vicki Nelson and ask for her help.
