Description
The textbook clarifies the basic concepts of building renovations, discusses structural defects, describes the reconstruction of foundations, vertical and horizontal structures, building modifications with insulation, adaptations when creating and expanding openings, demolishing and supporting walls and partitions, repairing stairs, floors, plastering, panel buildings, maintaining buildings, and safety at work during renovations. In the new edition, the curriculum has been adjusted according to the state as of January 1, 2000, due to changes in technical standardization related to drawing plans in construction, changes in legislation, and changes in curricula. It is intended for students of vocational schools, but also for the general public interested in property renovations.
