The textbook thematically follows the title Concrete Structures I. Its content addresses the design of monolithic reinforced concrete structures for civil engineering. It provides an overview of structures, reinforcement principles, and presents calculations of basic elements according to the theory of limit states in solved examples. It gives an overview of the advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated and prestressed structures, their use, production, and calculation. It is intended for students of secondary construction schools, but it will certainly also be a useful guide for high school students working on construction sites and in design.
