Men’s ability to turn cooking into high art is widely known. Their works of art have only one disadvantage: unlike paintings, sculptures and buildings, they cannot be preserved for future generations. Perhaps that is why cookbooks began to be published, so that at least some of these creations could survive. This book is unique because it is exclusively a male affair. Men devised it, prepared the individual dishes and photographed them themselves, directing their work, as the title suggests, towards future generations of today’s and tomorrow’s sons and all those aspiring to the supreme art known as gastronomy.
