Luule Viilma explains how people can help themselves through acceptance and forgiveness. Her teachings and ideas aim to help you and your relatives and loved ones become healthy, happy, and successful. We try to look and feel as others expect, afraid of seeming different, unexpected, less successful, or less healthy than those around us. We create only an outward impression, while inwardly damaging ourselves through pretence and inner disharmony. The first step towards health and happiness is therefore an honest approach to oneself. A person is not free while looking for and finding culprits outside themselves. To forgive, we must come to know ourselves. Those who deny the presence of negativity in themselves or their loved ones follow a path of pain, while those who learn to value their feelings and understand their meaning learn to think with love.
